Growing up Miami, Chef Jason Stephens was always fascinated with food and cooking. He showed talent in the kitchen at a young age after learning from his grandmother. At 15, Jason began working in his first professional kitchen and continued to develop as a chef throughout his high school years. Upon graduation, he enrolled at the at Le Cordon Bleu in Miami where he broadened his knowledge of food.  

He worked in high end establishments with mentors who strive for the highest standards; chef Stephens has two sayings " Only the freshest ingredients will do"  and  "The Devils in the details".
